Demond Ausley has served as Percussionist at the legacy Parish of St. Columbanus and St. Moses the Black for 18 years and has over 30 years of experience in his role. Raised in Chicago, Illinois, Demond attended George Henry Corliss High School, South Suburban College, and the Northwestern School of Business. Demond is husband to Virginia and father to Taylor. In his free time, he enjoys golf, fishing, music, and most of all, cooking!

His favorite scripture is Jeremiah 29:11: For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.
